As a holistic psychotherapist, I offer individual and group therapy to support the healing of emotional pain and growth toward wholeness.

I believe in talking about where you're at, where you’ve come from and where you’re going - helping you to create a life that feels most true and meaningful to you. I consider it a privilege to meet each of my clients in their stories and support them through their growth.

In a world which can often feel challenging, overwhelming, and difficult to navigate, itʼs no surprise that sometimes we need some extra support. I believe that everyday self kindness is an essential part of surviving and ultimately thriving - both individually and collectively.

Therapy is primarily a relationship with an open and non-judgmental professional with whom you can safely share your whole self. By starting therapy you're bravely taking responsibility for yourself and investing in the hope of a better future. I work with clients to discover their strengths, hold space for hope, and build personal agency.

As a systemically trained holistic psychotherapist, my approach is grounded in a humanistic psycho-bio-social-spiritual integrative framework. I believe deeply in mind-body holistic health (informed by neuroscience) and that therapy is just one component of learning to be at home and alive in your body/life. I love to work in collaboration with other providers and healers, treating you like the whole being you are.

Modalities I use include: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Somatic Therapy.
